These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through www.netic.design. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all sales of products made through the Website worldwide.
The English version shall prevail in case of discrepancies.
Use of this Website and purchase of products is permitted for persons aged 18 years or older only.

3. Products
NETIC products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes and display differences.
Limited editions (including NETIC Couture) are strictly limited in quantity and will not be reissued.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in USD. Where available, local currency equivalents may be shown at checkout for reference; the USD amount shall be the binding price.
For regions where DDP applies, duties and taxes are included in the final checkout price.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled via DHL Express or equivalent carrier.
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
For consumers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, risk transfers only upon physical receipt of the goods by the consumer or a person designated by the consumer in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws.
Where a product is offered on a pre-order basis, the shipping timing indicated on the relevant product page shall apply. If NETIC is unable to fulfill a pre-order, the customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the purchase and receive a full refund without undue delay. No substitute product will be dispatched without the customer’s prior consent.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed exclusively by our separate Refund & Returns Policy and applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
In case of conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection law, the latter shall prevail.

7. Warranty
NETIC products are covered by a 7-year limited warranty on internal mechanical components.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
This limitation shall not apply to liability arising from death, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
If the customer is a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of habitual residence remain unaffected. Consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom may bring legal proceedings in the courts of their country of habitual residence.
Purchases made by consumers aged 18 years or older only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Online Dispute Resolution (EU)
Pursuant to Art. 14(1) of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution for consumer disputes, we are required to provide a link to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. EU consumers may access this platform to resolve disputes relating to online purchases:

10. Amendments

All trademarks, logos, product names, and designs appearing on this Website are the property of NETIC DESIGN LEATHER PRODUCTS TRADING L.L.C., where registered or protectable as unregistered marks, and may not be used without prior written permission.
