Refund policy

At NETIC, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

This policy applies globally. Where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide additional rights, such rights remain unaffected.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

For pre-order items, any applicable withdrawal or return period begins upon receipt of the goods, not on the date the pre-order is placed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at contact@netic.design before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Statutory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

2. Standard Return Conditions

To qualify for return, the following conditions must be met:
●    The item must be unused.
●    The item must be returned in its original packaging.
●    All accessories, certificates, authenticity cards, and inserts must be included.
●    The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration beyond what is
      necessary to examine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
●    The return request must be submitted in writing within the 14-day return period.
●    The returned item must be received and inspected.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in a deduction for diminished value in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns will not be refused solely due to opened packaging if the product remains unused and undamaged.

3. NETIC Couture – Limited Edition

Each NETIC Couture piece is individually handcrafted in strictly limited allocation.
Couture items may be returned within fourteen (14) days in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Due to the limited nature of these products, careful inspection is required to verify authenticity and condition. Where legally permitted, deductions may be applied for diminished value if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for examination.
Personalized or custom-modified products are excluded from return where legally permitted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or mandatory statutory non-conformity. A product is considered personalized where it has been individually configured at the customer’s request, for example through monogramming, individual engraving, bespoke color combination, or made-to-measure production. Non-personalized Couture pieces (standard allocation) may be returned within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period.
All Couture returns are subject to inspection prior to refund processing.

4. Return Procedure & Address

Returns are coordinated through our logistics partner.

Upon confirmation of your return request, you will receive detailed return instructions from our logistics partner.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the direct costs of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Customers must ensure that returned goods are properly declared for customs purposes. NETIC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customs declarations or incomplete shipping documentation.
This does not affect statutory consumer rights applicable in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

5. Duties, Taxes & DDP Shipments

For most destinations, NETIC ships under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
Import duties and taxes prepaid under DDP may be refunded where recoverable.

Non-recoverable governmental charges may be deducted where legally permitted. NETIC will inform the customer of any non-recoverable amounts before finalizing the return, giving the customer the opportunity to withdraw their return request.

Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by applicable law.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to enable prompt processing. This notification period is for operational purposes only and does not limit your statutory warranty rights under applicable law, including the two-year conformity guarantee applicable to EU and UK consumers.
For hidden defects not visible upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of discovery to enable prompt investigation. This does not limit your statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer protection law.
After inspection and verification, we will repair, replace, or refund the item as required under applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory warranty rights, including mandatory consumer protection rights in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

9. Warranty (Separate from Return Policy)

NETIC provides a 7-year limited warranty on internal mechanical components.

Warranty claims are separate from the right of withdrawal and statutory conformity rights.

10. Mandatory Consumer Protection

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights granted under mandatory consumer protection law, including but not limited to:

●    UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
