NETIC DESIGN LEATHER PRODUCTS TRADING L.L.C. actively supplies consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. By virtue of this market orientation, and in accordance with the principle of the country of destination (Marktortprinzip), the following EU-specific disclosures apply.
Notwithstanding the company’s registered seat in the United Arab Emirates, mandatory consumer protection laws of the EU Member State of the consumer’s habitual residence apply to contracts with EU consumers, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) and Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

NETIC ships under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms to most destinations. Import duties and taxes applicable in the destination country are included in the checkout price where DDP applies. No EU VAT registration number is held; transactions are subject to UAE commercial law and applicable import regulations in the destination country.

Where third-party content is used, the respective copyright of the rights holder applies.
