We are the controller of your personal data within the meaning of applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR where applicable.

2. Categories of Personal Data Collected

We may collect: full name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, payment information (processed via secure third-party providers), IP address, device and browser information, order history, and communication records.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis (EU/UK)

We process personal data based on:

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) Order processing, payment handling, shipping and delivery, customer support.

Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) Tax and accounting compliance, fraud prevention.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) Website optimization, fraud detection, business security, direct marketing to existing customers where legally permitted.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) Marketing emails to new subscribers, analytics cookies, advertising cookies. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

  • Shopify Inc. (e-commerce platform provider)
  • Payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
  • DHL Express and logistics partners
  • IT hosting providers
  • Klaviyo Inc. (email marketing platform)
  • Marketing and analytics providers (e.g., Meta Platforms Inc., Google LLC)

5. International Transfers

As a UAE-based company, personal data may be processed outside the EU/UK. The United Arab Emirates does not currently have an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Transfers of personal data to the UAE and to our service providers are therefore safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2) GDPR, or other appropriate transfer mechanisms as applicable.

Personal data may also be transferred to service providers located in the United States and other third countries. For transfers to the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other applicable transfer mechanisms (e.g., adequacy decisions where available).

Where required, transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions, and contractual safeguards.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as follows: order data for 7 years (tax compliance), marketing data until withdrawal of consent, customer account data until deletion request or inactivity.

7. Your Rights (EU/UK)

You may have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Where analytics or advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) process data for targeting or optimization purposes, this is based on your prior consent and does not involve fully automated individual decisions.
