NETIC ships worldwide from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Shipping Method
All orders are fulfilled via DHL Express or equivalent premium carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by destination.
Typical delivery ranges:
● United States: 2–5 business days
● European Union: 2–5 business days
● GCC: 1–3 business days
● Other regions: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
NETIC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruption, governmental actions, customs intervention, or force majeure events.

3. Duties & Taxes (DDP)
For most destinations, NETIC ships under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
This means:
● Import duties are prepaid
● Import taxes are prepaid
● No additional customs charges should be due upon delivery
In rare cases where local authorities apply unexpected fees outside standard DDP procedures, NETIC will notify the affected customer promptly. The customer may in such cases cancel the order before delivery and receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs paid.

4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
NETIC reserves the right to delay shipment in cases of payment verification, suspected fraud, or stock allocation management.

5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
NETIC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

6. Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to customer action, return shipping costs, duties, and carrier fees may be deducted from any refund. If a parcel is returned to NETIC as undeliverable (e.g. due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact the customer by email to arrange re-delivery or a refund. Additional re-delivery costs may apply.
This does not limit statutory consumer rights in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

7. Pre-Orders
Items offered on a pre-order basis are shipped from the date stated on the relevant product page. Delivery time estimates apply from the date of dispatch, not from the date of purchase. Current shipping dates are indicated on the respective product page and may be updated if circumstances change; affected customers will be notified by email.
